IAS Mentorship Programme
Dear IAS Aspirants,
Preparing for the Civil Services Examination requires not just hard work, but the right direction, strategy, and consistent guidance. At the Centre for Indian Literature, we have designed a comprehensive mentorship programme that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each aspirant.
Our preparation module is carefully structured to align with an individual’s current stage of preparation, thereby avoiding the conventional “one-size-fits-all” approach. We believe that every aspirant’s journey is different, and our mentorship is designed to provide personalized guidance and strategic clarity at every step.
Programme Overview
This is an intensive 3-month mentorship programme aimed at developing a holistic understanding of the Civil Services Examination (CSE). Unlike traditional preparation methods that focus on one stage at a time, our programme emphasizes simultaneous and integrated preparation for all three stages:
Prelims
Mains
Personality Test (Interview)
We strongly discourage the common mistake of preparing for the interview only after clearing Mains. Instead, our approach ensures that aspirants develop the required analytical ability, articulation, and confidence from the very beginning.
Our Approach
The programme focuses on building a strong conceptual foundation along with smart exam-oriented strategies:
In-depth understanding of the syllabus
Critical analysis of Previous Year Questions (PYQs)
Clear guidance on what to study and what to avoid
Effective notes-making techniques
Personalized weekly and monthly study plans
Regular weekend tests for Prelims (GS + CSAT)
Structured Mains answer writing practice and evaluation
Our goal is to help aspirants move beyond random study and develop a focused, disciplined, and result-oriented preparation strategy.
Outcome
By the end of the programme, aspirants will have:
A clear and structured preparation roadmap
Improved answer-writing and analytical skills
Strong conceptual clarity across subjects
Confidence to handle all stages of the examination effectively
